We collect the information you provide when registering (name, email) and when placing an order (rank configuration, region). Support messages you send are stored with your contact details so we can reply.

Account passwords are stored only as salted hashes managed by our authentication layer. We never store Riot account recovery codes or payment-card details.

Order data (configuration, price snapshot, status history) is retained to provide the service and for record-keeping. Admin actions are logged with actor and timestamp.

Cookies and sign-in

Essential session cookies keep you signed in. Authentication cookies are HttpOnly, use SameSite protection, and are Secure on the hosted HTTPS site. The cookie notice preference is stored for up to 180 days and contains no account information.

We do not add advertising or analytics cookies. If you choose Google sign-in, Google processes your sign-in and returns your basic profile and email address. Stream players only load when you choose to open them and may use the video provider’s own cookies.
